I’m Adrienne, a sound healing practitioner and teacher based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. My work brings together long-standing practices in meditation, music, and contemplative inquiry, shaped by years of study, teaching, and personal practice.

I work with clients one-on-one and in group settings, including sound baths and workshops throughout the Southwest. Some people find their way here as part of ongoing inner practice, others arrive out of curiosity or during travel. Wherever someone is starting from, my approach is grounded, attentive, and shaped by respect for each person’s own process.

Why Sound Healing?

Sound has a unique ability to calm our nervous system quickly and effectively. As habitual stress drops off and mental activity quiets, our awareness deepens and attention turns inward. .

During a sound session, people often discover what’s possible when the mind lets go of trying. Physical and emotional tension may release, sensations can shift, insight and creativity may bubble to the surface. Many people access a depth of rest hard to reach otherwise.

Sound healing engages people in different ways. It touches on music, meditation, self-healing, stress relief, even just curiosity. Regardless of approach or background, sound serves as a catalyst by creating the conditions in which healing can occur.
