Services
I offer individual sessions and group sound baths in Santa Fe and surrounding areas.
Your session will include techniques to help relax your mind, release tension, and create space for a sense of levity and insight. Instruments such as tuning forks, singing bowls, drums, gongs, and more, may be used around you, directly on your body, and/or softly near your ears. You may experience warmth, coolness, tingling or lightness, a sense of dreaming, or find yourself easily dropping into a meditative state. Clients often report feeling their stress melt away from the very start, walking out with a different energy than when we began. Each session includes space for reflection and integration as needed.
While a single session can be deeply restorative, this work often unfolds over time. Working together across a few sessions allows the effects to build and deepen.
3-session series: $400 +tax. A simple way to stay with the process over time. Each session builds on the last. Start with a 3-session series.
Sessions are held at 11 Calle Medico, Suite 3, Santa Fe, NM 87505.
