Online Experiences
Many people find my work while passing through Santa Fe, and I’m often asked how they can continue the experience once they’re home. These online sound journeys grew from that desire, as well as my desire to dig into many ideas behind my sound healing work. As I’ve created these experiences, I’ve been able to explore the elements, altered states, and the philosophy of sound in ways that have engaged the deepest part of my curiosity. That exploration lives inside these recordings.
Each online offering showcases 20-minute sound baths you can listen to anytime, anywhere. Intentionally shorter than my in-person work, these recordings are flexible. Need a quick mid-day refresh? No problem. The recordings enable you to access restfulness in a short amount of time and leave you ready for the rest of the day. Craving a deeper meditative experience? Each offering provides tools such as journal prompts and reflection points for ongoing integration and deeper personal exploration.
